This year, we’re participating in ImpactFest in a major way, with three activities spread over two days. Why are we pulling out all the stops? Because we have some very big news to share: we’re launching the next version of our Impact Term Sheet on November 7th in The Hague.

As part of our Impact Term Sheet 2.0 launch festivities, we are partnering with WorldStartup and ImpactCity to be part of the Impact Capital Tour. Impact Term Sheet 2.0 launch event at ImpactFest

We introduced the first-ever Impact Term Sheet last year. And now it’s time to reveal the new and improved version! Join us to celebrate the upgraded Impact Term Sheet 2.0 and be the first to hear how we’ve transformed a full year of user insights into new features. LISI’s co-creators will be on hand to explain how you can use it to create more impactful investment deals, and take a deep dive into the essential building blocks of this open-source tool.

How to create accessible impact investment deals using design principles

‍

During our afternoon session at ImpactFest, you’ll discover how technology and design principles can foster greater inclusivity in investment agreements. Join us to learn more about how balanced deal terms influence investment deal dynamics and explore how design can influence investment deals, with a focus on LISI’s open-source Impact Term Sheet. The insights we’ll share come from a project funded by The Hague Municipality and led by the LISI Foundation, Visual Contracts, We Are Stewards, and two Dutch universities.
